Wonderful staff throughout. Speedy check-in, great and stunning location close enough to restaurant and menu and stores. Also, up to a majestic waterfall that pours down into the valley.

Overall a really really nice stay for three nights. Clean place with excellent and efficient staff and delightful view over the valley. Excellent and unbeatable location just next door to the restaurants, lounge and conference services, Kootenay National Park and liquor store, recently refurbished rooms. For tea or coffee visit Screamers nearby.

The hotel had a central position short walk to the restaurants, the chlorinated Radium Hot Springs and all the other restaurants. It offered exceptional service and delicious food too.

The room was wonderful and equipped with comfortable beds as well as a nice view as described. The services were exceptional, including satisfactory breakfasts and free parking if needed...

everything was good, appealing hotel, the location was wonderful so close to kootenay national park and radium hot spring as well as canada. the room was very great sized, exceptionally comfortable bed. we both loved the food; it was outstanding and had lots of options.

Appealing and fairly clean place, absolutely breathtaking view over the valley. Well-appointed and well stocked unit with coffee/tea makers and fridges.

The total stay was great for two nights. This was a great location right by the restaurant, and shops and the pizza place. There was dessert restaurant Gerry's Gelati, that I found within 25 minutes' walk of the hotel.
